This scratch card void sticker is an overlay processing technology, not difficult, just need to pay attention to details. On the basis of void sticker, we add a layer of scratch area on it. This area is unseen, so before we made this layer, we would put some informtion at there which should not be known, such as, QR code, numbers, secret writings, etc. After customers get the product and want to know the information of this product, so they scratch off the unseen scratch area, then they can take what they need. So we want to add more value to void stickers, just like this one, we add anti-fake values with tamper eivdent function.

Product Information

void Label + scratch card

1. Void label is made of polyester film, and the release liner is glassin paper.
2. After we paste it on the surface of content, there isn't any difference from normal labels. But once we tear it off, the hidden tamper evident words 'VOID' or 'VOID OPEN' will appear. It is totally transferred to the surface where we stick it to and can't be fixed to return back. It means that the content has been opened.

3, We can put anti-fake information in scratch card area to protect our brand, such as QR code, secret numbers, etc.
4. The hidden message can be customized, we can put any words or graphics in it.
5. Low transfer means that when we tear it off, the words ‘VOID’ or ‘VOID OPEN’ will be revealed on the surface where we stick to, and the rest part remained on the sticker.
6. High transfer means that when we tear it off, the words ‘VOID’ or ‘VOID OPEN’ will be remained on the sticker, and the rest part revealed on the surface where we stick to.

7, Non transfer means that when we tear if off, both the words 'VOID' or 'VOID OPEN' and the rest part will be revealed on the sticker itself.
8. Size and design picture of sticker can be customized.
9. Production process: clean film---corona treatment---hidden message printing---color printing---coating adhesive---label surface printing---scratch card making---die cutting---QC---packing.
10. If you need standard sample, it is free, only you pay the shipment is ok. And if you want customized sample, it will take some cost depended on what the exactly product it is.
11. Application: suitable for sealing on smooth paper, metal, glass, wood, plastic, carton, box and treatment PE/PP bags.

6. Adhesives: permanent acrylic latex with good initial tack and tack holders.

7. Storage conditions: at a temperature 23±2C,relatively humidity 50±5% in this situation can be saved for half a year.
