Thermal printer compatible void sticker is a latest technical label product. We can't say it is very high-tech, but it contains our hard-working and a wisdom thinking. Why we invented this product? Because some customers have asked about it, they don't have an industrial printer, also people don't want to use ribbons to print recently. So they require thermal printing. But the normal void sticker can't be printed by thermal printing ways. So we think about it, why we don't make a kind of void sticker that can be printed by thermal printer. Then it comes out. The prodcution process for thermal printer compaible void sticker is different from normal void sticker, also we improved the raw materials. Though the raw material is still PET, but we make it a little different. So combine all these, we manage to make the void sticker be compatible with thermal printers. Wish it can meet the market requirements and solve that pain spot.

1. Thermal printer compatible void sticker is a special kind of void sticker which can be printed by thermal printer, pure thermal printing without ribbons.
2. No ribbons needed to buy, cost save, eco-friendly, recovery processing unnecessary.
3. Void sticker is made of polyester film, and the release liner is glassin paper.
4. After we paste it on the surface of content, there isn't any difference from normal labels. But once we tear it off, the hidden tamper evident words 'VOID' or 'VOID OPEN' will appear. It is transferred to the surface where we stick it to and can't be fixed to return back. It means that the content has been opened.
5. The hidden message can be customized, we can put any words or graphics in it.
6. Size and design picture of sticker can be customized.
7. Production process: clean film---corona treatment---hidden message printing---color printing---coating adhesive---surface printing---die cutting---QC---packing.
8. If you need standard sample, it is free, only you pay the shipment is ok. And if you want customized sample, it will take some cost depended on what the exactly product it is.
9. Application: retail store, super market, office, express station, suitable for sealing on smooth paper, metal, glass, plastic, carton, box and treatment PE/PP bags.

Product Details

This product is an improvement of normal tamper proof labels. We adjusted the formula of raw materials and made a little difference in production process. It comes out a more convenient product for our daily use. Hope it can make you feel more efficiently in office working, give you a more comfortable working environment, offer you a more tamper evident function after labeling. Face material of thermal printer compatible void sticker is PET film. We can put it into different colors as requirement. And also we can print various figures from AI format designs on the sticker. It can be customized with words, logo, serial number, graphics, etc.

We use Dupont PET face material, which is the most suitable for void sticker. Besides the material itself, also we will make it better in manufacture. Because before we print on the sticker, we will do corona treatment first, which can make it more accepable of pigments printing and tamper evident words engraving.

Legible 'VOID' reveal performance is the main part which makes this sticker different from other stickers. We have serious accurate chemical composition for this 'VOID' and also it can be customized to any other words and graphics.
